Recently I was sent a brand new foundation that is like nothing Ive ever tried before. Its the Rimmel Fresher Skin Foundation and I decided to have a little Foundation fun (see what I did there) and take it for a road test.

New Fresher Skin Foundation with SPF 15, light breathable coverage for an even, natural-looking, fresh finish that stays shine-free all day

The foundation has a completely unique “bouncy” type of texture and is extremely cooling as it is applied. The cool, wet consistency changes very dramatically as it is blended into the skin and dries down very quickly; So quick in fact that if you dont work quickly you will be left with some patchiness.

For this foundation lover the coverage was a little light, the finish was matte but felt suprisingly light and almost like I wasnt wearing any foundation at all.

 After a warm day of lunching, shopping and general lifing the foundation still looked fairly good, although the oilier parts of my skin started to break down the foundation leaving it look a little uneven.
