Hourglass products are some of the best on the market. The luxe feel and high quality packaging alone make the brand stand out from the pack, add to that the cult following and effective formulas and you’re generally guaranteed a great experience with their products.

I was super lucky to receive a sample of Hourglass’ newest launch; the Hourglass Vanish Seamless Finish Liquid Foundation (quite a mouthful). It promises high coverage with only a half pump of product, a weightless and natural feel and look to the skin and is paragon free, vegan and cruelty free.

The water based formula is non-comedogenic (ie won’t clog pores) sweat-proof and transfer-proof.

Available in 33 shades Hourglass describes the new foundation as;

A highly concentrated liquid foundation designed to deliver instant full coverage for virtual skin perfection. This innovative, weightless formula applies like a second-skin, creating a smooth and flawless complexion.

I tested the foundation out with varying levels of success (watch the whole video for a complete plot twist!!)

I recommend you grab yourself a sample from Mecca if you’re considering this foundation as the formula seems to have people divided.
