Eventually I gave in (funnily enough it was Easter Sunday) and dipped my amateur brush into this perfect palette and tried my best to do it justice. It wasn’t hard! The colours are so pretty and wearable that I was able to come up with a nice and subtle, pretty look with minimum effort and blending.

The shadows are soft and blendable and don’t have too much fallout. I was really happy that the smell of chocolate actually intensified after I used it the first time, almost as if I had broken a seal to all the gorgeous aroma!

In the past few days I have used the palette and played with most of the safe shades. White chocolate is the perfect nude base for me and works exceptionally well as a blending colour and highlight. I love that toofaced have thought to make this colour larger than the others, there is nothing more frustrating than running out if a colour in a palette when the others remain

untouched.

My every day look with the palette is white chocolate all over the eye, milk chocolate blended into the crease and semi sweet on the outer corner of the eye. For a night time look I have been adding creme brûlée (amazing coppery gold) on the lid and under the eye. I’m yet to try some of the other colours but will definitely be playing more over the next few weeks.
