When talented songstress, ultimate cool girl and all round mega babe  Katy Perry teams up with a cosmetics company to create a line you know its gotta be good. Couple with that a cute kitty theme and Im absolutely sold! So when the new Katy Kat Matte Lipstick Collection was released by Covergirl and landed on my door step I was super excited to say the least.

The Katy Kat Matte Lipstick Collection is made up of  eleven “demi matte” lipsticks in some pretty pink, red and nude shades s well as some bolder shades such as a gorgeous violet purple as well as a black! The finish, in my opinion is more creme or satin than matte but nevertheless is richly pigmented but comfortable.

The packaging is a lovely clean white square outer tube in a soft touch finish with a black inner tube and colour matched base.

The eleven shades covers great range with gorgeous dark vampy shades such as Maroon Meow and Perry Panther (black) all the way to pretty pink nudes like Catoure and brights like Coral Cat.
