Sephora Spree

An afternoon of shopping with fellow blogging babes and beauty afficiados Nella and Madeleine from Beaute Gazette and The Daily Mark respectively was always going to include a pit stop to Sephora in Sydney’s Pitt street mall! Little baskets were filled quickly and way too much money was spent. Here are a few of the bits and bobs I picked up! A few these items will be reviewed at a later date so this is going to be short and sweet!

The main items I wanted/needed were some new powder brushes and I went for the ultra luxe It cosmetics large powder brush and blush brush. They’re super pricey the large one coming in at $78 (!!) but theyre amazingly soft and seriously huge (it’s the size of my arm!) my first impression of these is that theyre beautifully soft and make short work of powdering.

I also picked up a couple of repurchases. The itcosmetics CC+ cream ($58)is currently my HG and I’m almost to the end of my current tube. I also grabbed another of the Kat Von D tattoo liner in trooper ($28) which is blacker than black and is one of the only liners Ive found to last on me all day long.

I seriously love Bite beauty lip products. I’ve been using the Agave lip mask a lot since it’s gotten colder and I bought a mini version to keep in my handbag (the full size lives on my bedside table) I got the little 5 night Fix kit which includes the mini lip mask and a mini whipped cherry scrub ($25)

I also picked up a lipstick in the gorgeous pink/purple berry shade Granache ($33) if you’ve never tried Bite beauty lipsticks I really recommend them as they’re creamy and pigmented and amongst some of the best I’ve tried.

Id love to know what you have purchased lately! Whether it was at Sephora or otherwise!

Ugh those IT Cosmetics brushes look SO soft! I'm very jealous. I've been wanting to try the CC Cream for a while now, but it will have to wait till next time I'm up in Sydney! Great haul :)
