Last week i was super excited and priveleged to attend a wonderful soiree at Benefit Australia HQ in Sydney to launch an innovative limited edition product from Benefit. 

Benefit loves Australia so much that they decided that we should be the first to access the new Benefit  Bling Brows instore services as well as releasing the adorable little Bling Brows kit here first!

The launch party was held in the super pink and luxe Barrack street Benefit HQ offices which was blinged out to the max!

Benefit’s Global Brow Expert Jared Bailey was a special guest who entertained guess with a personality as warm and sparkling as some of the jewels that were being applied by the lovely Benebabes.  

A benefit lovers dream

Apart from sipping on bubbles and noshing on tiny tasty morsels guests were able to familiarise themselves with the full array of Benefit products that were laid out on a gorgeous display counter.

Guests were also treated to the full bling brow experience, with signature or customised looks available. Gorgeous Swarovski crystals were carefully applied around and over the brow area to add sparkle and glamour to the upper areas of the face. 

Getting the royal Bling Brow treatment

This service is currently rolling out at Benefit Browbars nationally from the 1st of November with three signature looks ( in 8 different shades) available to customers.

For a modest touch of sparkle the Touch of Bling ( $5 per brow) is made up of three beautiful jewels placed under the brow along the brow bone.

Over the top bling ($12 per brow) sees a number of Swarovski crystals spaced out over the top of one or both brows. This is what I went for on the night. 

For those who are truly daring or after some serious eye-catching bling then Big Time Bling sees the entire brows bejewelled ($15 for one brow or $26 for two)

While you may have difficulty justifying the price its important to keep in mind that the crystals will stay in place for us to 3 days and can be kept and reapplied at home using some lash glue. 

3 sheets of crystals in two shades and multiple sizes are in the kit.

For the DIY types a beautifully packaged kit is available for purchase. Priced at  $38 the kit contains 3 sets of bling brow Swarovski crystals in two colour combinations; Rose Gold and Crystal and Rose Gold and Greige. The crystals have adhesive already applied and are ready to be used. A set of mini Benefit tweezers are also applied for easy application. I like the idea of these kits as you can come up with your own signature looks and bling as little or as much as you like.  

A shade for everyone

This look may not be for everyone but it is certainly eye-catching and unique  and would do a good job in turning a beautiful makeup job into a one of a kind look for the current Spring carnival,  the upcoming holiday season and would be absolutely perfect for New Years celebrations.
