August beauty faves!

Hey beauty babes! Here are the products that I have loved using on my face and body during this incredibly cold and wet winters month!

Seche Vite dry fast top Coat
This stuff is amaze! Never has a top
Coat added so much gloss to a mani while also drying in record time. This can’t be purchased instore in Australoa but try online on websites such as BeautuJoint. Be warned that this top coat is not 3 free and therefore should be avoided by pregnant people. Seche vite is a favourite amongst nail polish addicts all over the world for it’s long lasting shine.
Revlon colorstay eyebrow liner
I have really been enjoying the ease and speed of a pencil as a brow pencil of late. As I have been wearing my fringe off my forehead more this month I have had to spend more time and effort on my brows and this pencil has been a life saver on those mornings that I have been in a rush. This pencil is very wax like and extremely soft and blendable, it doesn’t need sharpening as it has a wind up mechanism.  There is a spoolie on the end of the stick to help blend the product  into your brows. Three thumbs up!
Swisspers dual  cosmetic cotton tips*

Ok so this one might seem strange, but these things are a life saver. I received these a few months ago at the Mcphersons beauty night and didn’t really open them until this month. The tapered tip is amazing at cleaning up eyeliner (the winged liner struggle is real) while the flatter end is great for cleaning up slipped or smudged mascara from under your eyes without removing all my corrector and concealer. I really really recommend you try these. They’re so precise and super handy to keep on your vanity top
Milk & Co ultra light moisturiser*
I reviewed this last week. This amazing moisturiser has been sitting atop my vanity giving me a little boost of moisture just before I apply makeup. Check out my review for more details.

Thebalm Enroute moisturising shampoo and conditioner
I love thebalm makeup! And now I love their haircare as well. This shampoo and conditioner duo had me shiny and clean all month long. Stay tuned for a review real soon!

Mac Cosmetics Dodgy Girl
This (along with Kelly Yum Yum) is my first MAC Limited Edition purchase. I have been playing with it all month and finally wore it out and about a few days ago. I’m in love! It’s such a pretty and vibrant colour.

Clinique lash power feathering mascara
I have had this a while now and have had mixed feelings but now that it has dried out slightly I have found that I just keep retuning to the lash power feathering mascara from Clinique. I love how it separates and lengthens lashes. This is the perfect mascara for those days that you’re not after mega volume but want long and lush lashes!

Stila Kitten
I purchased this little pan of shimmery goodness after I noticed that I kept retuning to it in my In the Light palette and was making quite a dent in it. Seeing that this particular palette is becoming discontinued I thought I would save it and use this single pan instead. This is the perfect shade for so many skin tones and is the perfect shimmer.
And there we are! Stay tuned for lots more goodness this month!

I absolutely swear by those Swisspers cotton tips, SO handy when applying makeup. I'm definitely going to have to try theBalm's haircare, if it's as good as their makeup I'm sure I will love it!

Do you find that Seche Vite has gotten gluggy at all? My bottle really glugged up which meant I threw it out before I finished it, which is a shame as I really loved it.

Yeah mine has started to thicken, you can actually buy a special thinners for seche vite. Its only worth buying if you intend to use seche vite forever and ever and ever though :) You can find it here.. http://beautyjoint.com/seche-restore-restoration-thinner?keyword=seche
