April was a chocolate fuelled month, between Easter and family birthday celebrations April was food galore. Two weeks away from work gave me a well deserved break and allowed me to catch up on some sleep and some blogging work.

I went back to work last week feeling refreshed (such a lie) and ready to take on the world (again, lie)

On the beauty front I tried out a whole bunch of new products; from beautiful new bronzers from Becca (they will be reviewed soon)  and some lush balm colours from L’Oreal (Keep an eye out for that review soon)

I discovered a whole bunch of excellent products from a sort of DIY eye patch to a beautiful fresh scent. I rediscovered a previous hair care favourite as well as a palette which never, ever disappoints.

I also reaffirmed my disappointment in one of the most hyped products in the beauty community but Im a firm believer in just  coming out and saying “that just doesn’t work for me”
